1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between 92pkrt (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player" or "you") who accesses, registers on or otherwise uses the services available at https://92pkrt.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager , you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall contractual framework governing your use of 92pkrt.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the website accessible at https://92pkrt.cam and all associated services, software and content provided thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the registration process.
• "Player" / "User" means any adult individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on a game, sports market or any other eligible event offered by the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback or other incentive offered by 92pkrt subject to applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal processing.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — compliance obligations applicable to financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options available to all registered Players.

3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on 92pkrt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf as a natural person and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed by 92pkrt or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 92pkrt or any affiliated entity.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may register only one Account on 92pkrt. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 92pkrt reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

5. Terms of Use

Your access to and use of the 92pkrt Platform is granted on a personal, non-transferable, revocable and non-exclusive basis solely for lawful entertainment purposes. By using the Platform you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will access the Platform using only your own registered Account and will not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on the Platform.
• You will not attempt to access any part of the Platform's infrastructure, systems, databases or source code that is not intended for public access.
• You will not introduce viruses, malicious code, automated bots, scripts or any other harmful technology to the Platform.
• You accept that 92pkrt may monitor account activity for fraud prevention, AML compliance and responsible gambling purposes.
• You agree that any dispute regarding a wager outcome must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the relevant event settlement.

The Platform and all of its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92pkrt makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted availability, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect service access.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92pkrt are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of the transaction. These limits are set by the operator and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits made to a 92pkrt account do not accrue interest. Funds held in your account balance are not covered by any government deposit protection scheme. Players are advised not to maintain large uninvested balances on the Platform.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

92pkrt may from time to time offer bonuses, free wagers, cashback incentives, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers to registered Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and expiry windows are specified in the individual promotion terms and are binding.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as permitted by the applicable wagering completion terms.
• 92pkrt reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Illustrative reward values (such as PKR 2,000 birthday bonuses or PKR 1,000 referral credits) published elsewhere on the site are for structural illustration only. Actual bonus values are governed by the operator's current active promotion terms.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournament fixtures, international football and UFC — are settled in accordance with the operator's official settlement rules published for each market type. The following general rules apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed and displayed in your transaction history. Requests for cancellation after confirmation will not be accepted except where the Platform has made a manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault), 92pkrt reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's balance.
• Live or in-play bets are subject to the odds displayed at the moment of bet acceptance by the system. There may be a brief delay between user action and system acceptance during which odds may change.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted in a licensed studio environment. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-run averages.
• 92pkrt holds no official partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), any cricket franchise or any other sports league or governing body. References to these competitions are contextual only.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 92pkrt and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating or benefiting from more than one registered account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Underage Access: Registering or attempting to access the Platform if under the age of 18, or facilitating underage access by any other person.
• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime, make fraudulent deposits or conduct any transaction intended to circumvent AML controls.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms through systematic low-risk wagering, arbitrage or any strategy designed to extract guaranteed value from bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve unfair outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or other table game formats.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals with a payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.
• Account Sharing: Sharing login credentials with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party.

10. Responsible Gambling

92pkrt is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire user base. Gambling is a form of paid entertainment that carries inherent financial risk. The Platform makes the following responsible gambling tools available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined continuous period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined short period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend access to your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be easily reversed.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

92pkrt reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account suspension.
• Evidence of collusion, bonus abuse or use of prohibited automated software.
• The Player's jurisdiction becoming a Prohibited Jurisdiction after account registration.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonuses and wagering obligations will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing window, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92pkrt Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical assets, software, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 92pkrt or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense or commercially exploit any element of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from 92pkrt.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkrt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime or telecommunications failures beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement, including eligibility and responsible gambling obligations.
• Losses resulting from the actions of third-party payment providers, including processing delays, failed transactions or exchange rate variations.

Nothing in this clause limits 92pkrt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pkrt holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable licence jurisdiction are published in the operator's official documentation available on the Platform.

For Pakistani users specifically: this Agreement does not override, supersede or conflict with Pakistani national law. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for assessing the legality of their participation under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 92pkrt does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction. No provision of this Agreement constitutes legal advice.

15. Amendments to These Terms

92pkrt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Players via the registered email address or a platform notification.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
